For Attendees

As a Coach and Bus Show Visitor you agree to the following:

  1. The CTTC-Campion Insurance Coach and Bus Show is an event for industry professionals, industry enthuisiasts and families.
  2. Children are only allowed into the show if they are under the direct control and supervision of their parents.
  3. Attendees are NOT allowed to sell products or services to exhibitors or visitors within the confines of the RDS Simmonscourt, including it’s grounds. All exhibitors have paid to promote their products to visiting industry buyers and do not wish to be sold to on their stands.
  4. By entering and by your presence at the Coach and Bus Show, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded.
  5. Entrance to the show closes at 4.30pm on the first day, and at 2.00pm on day two. There is no admittance after these times.
  6. Badge policy: I understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser of this event – CTTC Publicity Services Ltd., and any third party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to run the event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors.
  7. Visitors failing to comply with the Terms of Entry may be asked to leave the event.
  8. Thank you for understanding and agreeing to these basic courtesies which will help to make sure that everyone has a pleasant and productive visit.
  9. If you wish to attend the show, your data will be held in order to facilitate your visit, such as sending you your badge and travel updates. If you would like your data to be deleted from our records, and you no longer wish to attend, please email
For Exhibitors

As a Coach and Bus Show Exhibitor you agree to the following:

  1. The CTTC-Campion Insurance Coach and Bus Show is an event for industry professionals, industry enthuisiasts and families.
  2. Stand regsitration is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration 
  3. Exhibitors have 14 days from the date of registering for a stand to pay by bank transfer. If no payment is forthcoming, the selected stand will be released for sale.
  4. Early bird offer will expire at one minute past midnight on 1st August 2024. Bookings made after this time will incur the full fee.
  5. Exhibitor Badge policy: I understand and agree that my personal data may be held and used by the organiser of this event – CTTC Publicity Services Ltd., and any third party hosting provider acting on its behalf, in order to run the event and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for visitors. Exhibitor badges will be printed and ready for collection when registering with the show office.
  6. Unless otherwise agreed, the RDS retains the sole rights for the sale or distribution of any article of food, drink or tobacco at the event through such catering contractor or contractors (the “Contractor”) as the RDS may nominate from time to time. No Exhibitor shall distribute or give away any item of food, drink or tobacco not supplied by the RDS or its Contractor without the express written consent of the RDS. It is a strict condition of the event contract that all exhibitors providing food, drink or tobacco in their stand hospitality area must liaise directly with RDS Catering via with regard to the provision of same. The Exhibitor should inform the Coach Tourism and Transport Council of Ireland of any requirements at least sixty days before the function, as the caterer must obtain any necessary occasional drink licence, occasional food business permits and so on.
  7. Coach & Bus Show Exhibitors can access the RDS Simmonscourt for setting up their stands from 11.00am to 6.00pm on Friday 1st November. Should you require earlier access for set up please email to advise what time access is required and arrangements will be made.
  8. All exhibitors displaying vehicles are required to sign an insurance indemnity form. Entry to the RDS Simmonscourt may be refused if this is not completed in advance.
